High Wire is seeking a senior-level sales executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to lead a growing company to the next level of success. The National Sales Manager is responsible for leading and executing the distillery’s national sales strategy across all channels and markets. This role owns distributor management, key account development, pricing and depletion strategy, and revenue growth, while serving as a senior ambassador for the brand in the marketplace. The ideal candidate combines hands-on spirits sales experience with strong distributor relationships, a data-driven mindset, and a passion for building authentic spirits brands. This is a leadership role requiring strategic thinking, disciplined execution, and significant travel.

Duties

National Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with brand positioning, production capacity, and financial goals
  • Set annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets by market, channel, and SKU
  • Drive volume growth, distribution expansion, account engagement, and sustainable depletions
  • Partner with founders on pricing, margin management, and market prioritization

Distributor Management

  • Develop and manage distributor partnerships across all assigned markets
  • Lead distributor business communication: goal setting, forecasting, inventory management, and joint business planning
  • Ensure alignment on brand standards, pricing, programming, and positioning

Key Accounts & Channel Development

  • Personally manage key national and regional on-premise and off-premise accounts
  • Support distributor sales teams through ride-withs, trainings, and market visits
  • Develop channel-specific strategies (on-premise, off-premise, chains, e-commerce)
  • Collaborate with marketing on national and market-level programming

Sales Team Leadership

  • Recruit, train, and manage area sales managers, contract employees, and brand ambassadors
  • Set clear performance expectations and KPIs
  • Coach team members on selling skills, account strategy, and brand storytelling

Forecasting, Reporting & Analysis

  • Own national forecasting and depletion planning
  • Track depletion and shipment performance by SKU, distributor inventory, and velocity metrics
  • Provide weekly reporting and insights to ownership
  • Collaborate with production team on demand planning
  • Use data to inform market expansion, resource allocation, and production planning

Brand Representation & Industry Presence

  • Serve as a senior brand representative at industry events, trade shows, and consumer-facing activations
  • Support PR, education, and advocacy efforts as needed
  • Build long-term relationships with key industry stakeholders
Skills
  • 7+ years of spirits sales experience, craft or premium spirits preferred
  • Proven success managing multi-state distributor networks
  • Existing national or regional key account relationships
  • Experience calling on both on- and off-premise accounts
  • Demonstrated ability to build brands, not just sell SKUs

High Wire is seeking a marketing professional to develop and execute strategic marketing plans that build brand equity, drive consumer engagement, and accelerate sales growth. The Director of Marketing will be the first dedicated marketing hire at our founder-led craft distillery. This role is responsible for building the marketing function from the ground up—establishing strategy, systems, and execution that enhance sales efforts and build a community of consumer brand advocates.

Working closely with the founders, this role will translate a strong product vision and point of view into focused, effective marketing across wholesale, tasting room, and DTC channels. The ideal candidate is a hands-on builder who combines sound brand judgment with practical execution and strong prioritization.

Duties

Build the Marketing Foundation

  • Update and maintain the High Wire Distilling brand book to ensure consistency of brand positioning, aesthetics, and messaging across all marketing channels
  • Work closely with the founders to develop and maintain a cohesive marketing plan to drive sales growth and build brand equity across the High Wire product portfolio.
  • Define goals, success metrics, and operating cadence for marketing

Hands-On Execution

  • Develop essential content creation (copy, email, social media assets, photography/video)
  • Own digital channels end-to-end including website, social media, and eNewsletter
  • Plan and promote product launches, tastings, events, and collaborations
  • Review and approve all outward-facing marketing communications

Growth & Revenue Support

  • Drive tasting room traffic and local awareness
  • Support wholesale growth with simple, effective sales and distributor tools
  • Collaborate with sales and ownership to align marketing priorities with revenue goals
  • Focus on initiatives with clear, measurable impact

Trade, PR & Partnerships

  • Manage PR strategy and earned media (directly or through a lean agency)
  • Develop distributor and retailer-facing materials and brand education tools
  • Manage requests for Presentations, Sell Sheets and Product Information.

Budget, Operations & Compliance

  • Manage a lean marketing budget with disciplined ROI tracking

Skills
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in spirits, beverage alcohol, or premium CPG
  • Experience as an early-stage or first marketing hire strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the three-tier system and alcohol marketing compliance
  • Excellent copywriting skills and brand judgment
  • Comfortable operating independently and making decisions with limited resources
  • Proven ability to prioritize and execute in lean environments

High Wire Distilling Co. is seeking a culinary-focused individual to join our Tasting Room team. While this position will primarily conduct kitchen duties, you will also be bar support and an enthusiastic ambassador of the brand! This position will initially be part-time (3-4 daytime shifts per week) with potential to evolve to full-time. Weekend work is required.

Compensation: $22-25 per hour. Commensurate with experience.

Duties
  • Complete food and beverage prep for kitchen and side work as assigned per shift
  • Work with the general manager to conduct ordering for the kitchen maintaining relevant inventories
  • Maintain standards of excellence for food safety and health
  • Assist the Tasting Room team with bussing, washing, and polishing glasses, etc.
  • Execute administrative tasks as needed
Skills
  • A minimum of 2 years experience working in a restaurant kitchen

High Wire is in search of a professional and friendly bartender with an expansive knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and cocktail making techniques. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for spirits education and an interest in expanding your beverage career beyond the bar. This is a full time position with a manageable 40hr/wk schedule. Our current Tasting Room hours are 10am-7pm Mon-Thurs and 10am-9pm Fri-Sat. Currently closed on Sundays.

  • Organize the bar area, prepare for and serve guests, and maintain a clean workstation

We are always looking for diligent workers to join our bottling crew. Shifts are typically Wednesday and Friday from 10am – 2/3pm. Members of the bottling crew should exhibit a strong work ethic, great attention to detail, and a team player mentality.
